What your first month looks like
Your first session is an assessment, not a beatdown. We look at how you move, what you have trained before, your schedule and any aches, then agree on two or three clear goals. From there, every week has a plan. You learn the key lifts properly, we build the habits that actually move the needle, and you start banking small wins fast. Momentum, not perfection, is what makes the first month stick.
